Hi Guys, We need to have a planning meeting for the AGM if possible. What is the chance of having one on either Friday7/5 or Monday 10/5/04 during the afternoon at the office when Lise is at work? We should then have a fair idea of numbers and have to make the catering and room hire decisions for the AGM, and decisions about which tours should go ahead etc, printing the programme and discuss the Dinner programme etc. Please idicate whether you could come to such a meeting and give a preference for the day or whatever.
