Looking at Mike Simpson's website pics with the CBC reminded me...
I've always wondered how it is that Currawongs etc can be so unguarded as to
let the CBC lay an egg in their nest. I think that I found out how it
happens. A season ago a pair of Currawong nested near my house and I heard
some strange noises after dark and it turned out to be the CBC in the tree
so I think that they do their dastardly deed in the dark! Is this actually
documented somewhere?
Happy & safe Easter
Cheers
