Down here at Jervis Bay (NSW south coast) we are regularly seeing an aberrant plumaged Galah. Rather than a pink breast, the upper breast is faint pink and the lower breast is white. Coupled with this, the bird has white shoulders rather than the normal grey.

HANZAB reports two mutations occasionally reported in the wild: 1. grey of dorsal plumage replaced by white but pink areas normal and 2. pink areas replaced by white but dorsal normal. It would appear that this bird has a mixture of the two mutations.

For the Cacatuidae specialists I have photos.
