Hi Val,
I see Cockatiel flocks every time I go to Bundaberg, SEQld. I stay at
Bargara Beach in waterfront units, and they gather each early morning and
late afternoon on the power lines on the footpath opposite the golf course.
They can also be seen there during the day, but in dispersed numbers.
Interestingly, now that I think of it, whilst I am out and about on the
Burnett River during the day, I never notice Cockatiels - only at Bargara
when I finish for the day.
