Hi all, While on the Port Fairy pelagic on February 1 Adrian Boyle mentioned that someone had reported three Cape Gannets with the Australasian Gannets on the mainland at Point Danger. I went to the colony with Peter Lansley the next day 2 February and we saw one bird on the left edge of the colony, then on the fourth of February I visited the colony with Adrian Boyle and Pat Muhovic and there were two birds present. The gannetry is enclosed by a fence and entry is through a locked gate so you must make arrangements to pick the key up from DSE in Julia St. Portland.
