In response to Dick's email below, White-throated Needletails have also
been in the Aireys Inlet-Anglesea area (Vic) since Thrusday last week.
Numbers are steadily increasing with larger flocks being seen each day.
First time they have been seen this summer.

'Hi Mike and Swift Followers,

Around 180 White-throated Needletails at home this  morning around 8 A.M.
Still no Fork-tailed Swifts as were seen in Sydney. One  day !'
