Hi All,
I am currently contemplating purchasing Peter Harrison's book "Seabirds: an
identification guide".
I gather that there have been two editions, the first published in 1985
and later reprinted, and a second in 1996 - is this correct? I am a bit
confused.
If I do purchase the book it will be a 1991 reprinted version (because of
price - I gather this is a reprint of the 1985 book). Given that seabird
taxonomy has changed quite a bit since the early 1980's I welcome comments
from those in the know as to whether it would be still worth purchasing this
book.
Any help appreciated.
