Have just logged on and want to thank everyone for the overwhelming response
I got with help for this book. Just for information the vast majority of
people have recommended purchasing the book mail-order over the net from
USA/Europe (Amazon.com, Abebooks.com) as this is a far cheaper option than
utilising the only specialist shop within Australia (Andrewisles.com).
Borders bookshops in Sydney have also been suggested, but I have not yet
been able to confirm they have the book. A shop in Sydney (berkelouw.com)
has a site indicating it can obtain many titles and I am awaiting a response
back from them.
