Hi All,

I was up at Roxby Downs in South Australia (about 700 km north of Adelaide) for a day or two and saw some interesting birds in the late afternoon, it was still hot at that time of day at about 38 oC. The bush is starting to dry out and most of the flowers were dead.

Birds of interest included four Australian Pratincolesover 20 Pink-eared Duck, plus Grey Teal, Hardhead, Hoary-headed Grebe, Black-winged Stilt, Black-tailed Native-Hen, Red-Kneed Dotterel, Rainbow Bee-eater, a flock of Cockatiels and White-browed Babblers.

Regards
