New Estuaries database & shorebird identification

Hi all

 

Geoscience Australia has recently launched a new WEB-based database on Australian Estuaries (OzEstuaries) which is packed with useful info and further links, especially in relation to ecological issues.

and there is a section on Shorebirds, their basic ecology, habitat, importantance of shorebird counts etc.
