I typical case of by-catch??!! Why can't the b....s just turn the bloody lights off (the people aren't allowed to go there anymore only American shrubs, so it doesn't need to be lit up - perhaps we should tell the Prime Miniature the lights just makes it an easier target for terrorists) and leave the Bogong Moths for the wildlife to feed on at more natural sites. Also allowing the moths to complete their amazing migration and hibernation. There is actually a (seen on LATE late night ABC tv) doco on the whole subject - that did not mention this rotten poisoning. I wonder if they are killing insectivorous bats too with their poison moths? wendy moore |
