Hi All,

Yesterday & this afternoon were fairly traumatic in Samsonvale, an accidentally lit grass-fire came within 50m of 'Tarrant Towers' but due to the wonderful response by the rural fire-brigade and SES we were spared. Can't thank them enough. On the brighter-side hopefully our long-lost Spotted Quail-Thrush might return! Also large flock of White-browed Woodswallows heading south at sunset today, wasn't a hundred percent but I'm sure I picked up at least half-a-dozen White-backed Swallows amongst them too. SE Qld'ers please keep eyes to heavens!

Tom
