Hi Birding-ausers, Just a quick note for anyone interested. A pair of Ground Cuckoo-shrikes turned up at Neurum, Qld just past Woodford. The pair originally turned up on Friday 29/8/03 and were still near the same area the next day. I was able to watch these birds for about half an hour as well as taking about a dozen photo's (yet to be developed)before having to move on. One of the birds was seen again yesterday and today (10/10/03)but after searching around there was no sign of the other bird. Anyone interested in seeing these birds can contact me at and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
