On Monday afternoon, 1st September, while birding around Lake Victoria (near Queenscliff, Victoria, Melways 235, D7), we saw three flagged birds - one Red-capped Plover & two Red-necked Stints. They wore bright orange flags on the right leg, high up on the tibia. As we aren't sure who to report these sightings to, we post them to birding-aus - hopefully the right people will pick up on the info. Denise Moore & Celia M.
