On Sunday I made a quick visit to Shoalhaven Heads, NSW South Coast.

80 Double-banded Plover - most were near full breeding plumage
3 Pacific Golden Plover - 1 part breeding plumage, 1st return?
2 Eastern Curlew
20+ Red-capped Plover
20+ Red-necked Stint
3 Eastern Curlew
2 Gull-billed Tern
1 Caspian Tern
2 Pied Oystercatcher
500+ Black Swan
20+ White-fronted Chat
1 Brown Goshawk
1 Black-shouldered Kite
1 Swamp Harrier
1 White-breasted Sea-eagle

On the way home I stopped on the side of the Highway just north of Nowra to watch about 300+ Straw-necked Ibis coming in to roost.
