Hi All
I am seeking information about the problems that may arise when a helicopter is allowed to land near an  Eagle's nest. The matter in hand is an application before Mornington Shire to permit a helicopter to land and take-off twice daily on private property near where there is a known Eagle's nest. So far Council has refused a permit but the matter is certain to be appealed to VCAT. I have been in touch with Vic Hurley of DSE as he has a great deal of experience with Eagles. Can anyone offer help or suggest anyone else who could offer advice.
