The only Swiss Parrot I saw was a Cockatiel,
recognised by call before seen. It answered my whistle and sat on a tram cable
in the middle of Zurich. I said g'day but generally avoid other Aussies when
OS.
With the Regent Honeyeater being one of two that I
am yet to see, I was stunned to find 3 males and a female in a display of
stuffed birds in a tiny village on the Isle of Wight. The grandfather of the
previous owner had made a brief visit to Australia. By the birds there he had
gone via the Caribbean and south America.
