Swift Parrots

Following the report of Swift Parrots at Wallsend , I saw 2 SP flying high and fast at Valentine at midday today. Valentine is on the nothern shore of Lake Macquarie near Newcastle. There was nothing flowering along the shore from Valentine back to Warners Bay so I'm not sure what  is the attraction to the area.
