G'day Mike ... if all comes off, that I hope to achieve, then do you think if a child on a hospital bed was viewing the bird would it aid the child's recovery? in other words I think any wild bird that has a certain characteristic way could? be good, to view if the correct technology is used. I totally agree with Lorraine Cairnes email earlier today, keeping in mind the webcam is an intrusion.

What rules will "Unca" impose on twitchers? him being the head cocky.

Kind Regards, John A. Gamblin

WEBcamers

Russell asked for suggestions for locating webcams.

I have a Fawn-breasted Bowerbird's bower that is part of my study of that species, right near (60m) our house. I think that would make a good subject and also help with my study. In Aus you have to get right up near the tip of Cape York Peninsula to even see one. Here in the Port Moresby district they are more common and near residential areas.
What do you think?
Happy birding
Mike
