Canberra has a very active ornithological group. May one hope that someone
there will, in the fullness of time, give birding-aus a report on the
survival of birds in the Tidbinbilla area.

I mention this now, for very shortly we will be into the lyrebird breeding
season when monitoring of singing males (if any) will be easiest. (I'm
assuming that there will have been enough regrowth of ground cover to screen
dislpay mounds.)

Spring presumably will be the best time for checking on most other species.

So a report by say mid-November, please someone?
