Hi Jan,
Further to
your and Roy S.'s messages about Spangled Drongo, suggest you have a search of
the birding -aus archives. As Roy stated there was quite a debate some years ago
about whether there was a "season" for drongos in SEQ.Bob Inglis and Julian
Bilewicz ,both from the Redcliffe Peninsula, initiated the discussion withothers
joining in. My memory is that a few folk searched back through their records and
found that they were present in all but the late autumn and winter months, but
with differing patterns between coastal lowlands and the ranges.
I
usually see them in Maleny as late as May.
