Mike and all swift-watchers, One of my regular clients, Sandra Boxsell, has reported seeing 4 Fork-tailed Swifts on 20th April 2003 at Manildra in central-western NSW. Her notes read: late afternoon between 5.30 and 5.45pm, storm clouds looming but no rain. Sandra is a reliable and skilled observer. Were these the last stragglers in NSW?
