Black-headed Gull in Darwin

Hi all
There was a Black-headed Gull (possibly 2) in Darwin this evening. 
It seems to be a first winter bird, with a bold black tail bar, white 
leading edge to the wing and black trailing edge. It has a black 
carpal joint, and a dark carpal bar. The wings are narrower and 
more pointed than on Silver Gull. Overall its back and wings are 
darker grey than Silver Gull. It has a dusky ear spot, and a dusky 
crown. It has a yellowish-orange bill tipped black, which is longer 
and slenderer than that of Silver Gull. There was at least one 
juvenile Silver Gull hanging around as well. However, the juv Silver 
Gull has lots of brown in its plumage as well as showing all of the 
typical Silver Gull juvenile plumage and structural features, so was 
readily separated from the Black-headed.
This is the second Darwin record and the third Australian record.
