Hi All, While checking out the tern colony in Tathra, Southern NSW (Mogareeka Inlet, Tuesday - 17/12/02), I came across a single Beach Stone-Curlew. I first saw it the area to the left of the tern fencing, but it later took flight to the north of the Bega River Bridge. I imagine the bird would hang around this area, so it should be fairly easy to find. Good luck.
