React now - To the Prestige Disaster

The only responsible reaction to the Prestige (and the numerous
accidents that preceded it) is to urgently bring about a fundamental
change in the way the international shipping is practised and
regulated.

Help to achieve this by writing to the International Maritime
Organisation urging them to introduce long-overdue measures and
policies now at:

You can help me to cover the running costs for Proact by visiting
the Amazon online store via the link at

Thanks, David.
