Hello All, Once again we see a marvellous reminder of what this forum, Birding-Aus should be all about! Hallelujah!! Firstly we received a very prompt and informative (totally unselfish) report of an exciting new find in northern Queensland. Then we received an equally prompt and beautifully clear photo of the actual bird. What more could we ask for? I suppose all we can now ask for is an accurate identification and an explanation as to the reasons for that particular ID? Thanks to Mark and Colleen Jagusch for the initial report and thanks to Tony Palliser for the picture. Good luck to those on the twitch for this bird, Bob Inglis Woody Point Queensland Australia. Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
