Don't know whether Trevor had any luck...I went
down to Bicentennial Park this afternoon with no luck on the Ruff. Only a couple
of Sharp-Tailed Sandpiper a single Red-Necked
Stint, 4 Barwits, a few Red Kneed Dotteral
and a couple of Black-Fronted Dotteral. Went across to
Mason Park as well and there were heaps of Sharp-Tailed
Sandpiper (100-130) and many Curlew Sandpiper
(60+) mainly in the cannal behind the wetland. Also present was a few
Golden Plover.
Cheers
Simon.
