Phil Straw reported to the Central Coast Club on Tuesday night, he had seen (and photographed) a Ruff at Bicentennial Park Homebush Bay on that Tuesday. It was reported near the bird hide.

Sorry my details are sketchy but I only have the info second hand.

If anybody checks this site could they report any positive (or negative) sightings. Mason Reserve is also worth checking as Ruff has been reported there previously
