Dear Mark,
 in the 1980s, WB Sea-Eagles used to breed at Yan Yean
Reservoir, perhaps they still do?

 P.S. Last week, there was a WB Sea-Eagle sitting on
the nest on French Island, and the pair on another
island in Western Port are also sitting right now!!
