Black Kites near Ballarat, Victoria

G'day All,

I spotted a couple of Black Kite just north-east of
Smythesdale (approx 130 km west of Melbourne) last
Saturday (26/10/02). I had great views of them lazily
circling above the Glenelg Highway for about five
minutes, including directly overhead twice.
