There is to be a mourning of the passing of the old regime and a celebration of the beginning of the new on the day that Victoria's Marine Parks and Sanctuaries come into effect. So on Saturday, November 16 there will be one or more events at Ricketts Point, Beaumaris, Melbourne. If you are interested put it in your diary and remind me nearer the time to tell you about the arrangements, please. Michael Norris Bayside Friends of Native Wildlife PS (especially for Paul) I'm sending 3 messages at the same time because I hope I have found out how to send stuff despite the anti-spam devices (eg.
