A great day at sea on the Halicat. Seas slight on a low swell in warm spring
sunny conditions. Made it well off shore and had two major highlights -an
adult Chatham Island Albatross and a juvenile Grey-headed Albatross. Both
birds though sailed past and were not interested in the ecstatic birders
unlike everything else that fed at the back of the boat.
