Hi,
For everyone who are interested about pictures with telescop, I have been
practice this since 1998.
I use the SWAROSKI AT80HD with the adaptater 1100mm lens (diaphragm f14).
With this, I use 800 or 1000 ISO film.
The quality of the pictures can be very good and I have a lot of
enlargement 20x30 cm.
The lens (1100mm) is smaller than a digiscope but I think that it's more
easy to use and more robust.
For exemple, on a photographic trip in Tanzania, I took almost 150 species
of birds with this system and with a 300mm lens (half
species of the trip).
An other advantage, the price, probably less than 500$ in Australia if you
have a Swarowski and a camera of course !
Some exemple now : almost 400 hundred species on my site now (America,
Africa, Europe...) :

(All the pictures was took with 300mm, 600mm or 1100mm lens)
