Hi birders,

Yesterday afternoon (26th June) I had a look around Shaws Creek at
Yarramundi for the Swift Parrots that Darryl McKay reported last Sunday. In
my short visit I saw one flock of about 25 flying over, and later another
three birds, around the edges of the Bell Miner colony. It was late
afternoon (around 4pm) and the Swifties I saw were all flying in a general
north-westerly direction, from the area near the marked MTB track where
there is a sign at the gate saying "Yellomundee Regional Park", on the
south side of Shaw's Creek.

This is at the foot of the Blue Mountains, near Richmond, NSW.
