Folks,

I'm proposing to visit the Western Treatment Complex at Werribee on Saturday, and would very much like to get onto the Freckled Ducks that so many others have seen, if they're still there.  Could anyone who has seen them there recently possibly provide some detailed guidance on where to look?  I gather the northern end of Lake Borrie seems to be the right general area, but all I've been able to track down around there in the past have been the commoner species.  I'm not going to be able to get to Lake Lorne in the foreseeable future, so this trip to Werribee might be our best chance to tick this great species.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help (or who has any other current advice about seeing Werribbee specialities).

Regards,
