Singing Honeyeaters and
Spiny-cheeked Honeyeaters have been seen since the 10th of May,
near Sandringham Harbour on the cliff above Sailboard HQ, thanks Michael

A flock of 9 Hooded Plovers including one
juvenile feeding at the eastern end of Lake Victoria near the Emily St entrance
of Lake Victoria, Point Lonsdale, thanks Ron Corinaldi.

Two Swift Parrots were sitting on a nearby
tree on the east side carpark of the Southland Shopping Centre, thanks Albert
Shirlton.

Chris Coleborn saw a Major Mitchell's
Cockatoo on the edge of Cohuna township with a flock of
Galahs.

A single grey morph Eastern
Reef Egret was seen at Swan Bay (Queenscliff) next to where the train
line intersects with Fellows Rd, thanks Tim Dolby.

At Hovell's Creek at the You Yangs on Saturday morning
there was an immature male Pink Robin and a Brown
Treecreeper, thanks Tania Ireton.

On the Port Fairy pelagic trip the following highlights
were recorded; a Northern Giant Petrel, the first off Port
Fairy this year; a Flesh-footed Shearwater a
late record for this species off Port Fairy and a distant
Jaeger sp. (probably Arctic) another late record for a
Jaeger off Port Fairy, thanks Rohan Clarke.

3 Hooded Plovers were seen at the mouth of
the Tidal River on Norman Beach in Wilson's Promontory National Park, thanks

Swift Parrots were seen flying over
Eltham, thanks Ian Temby.

At least 5 Swift Parrots were seen between
Laurel Grove and Pakenham Street, Blackburn, Melways ref. 47 H11, on the creek,
and on both sides in tall eucalypts, thanks Trevor Kerr.

A Pink (Major Mitchell's) Cockatoo was
seen near Skipton, which is North West of Geelong, thanks Russel
Woodford.

At least 5 Swift Parrots were present at
the You Yangs Regional Park in flowering eucalypts near Hovell's Creek, thanks
Richard Nowotny.

A Banded Lapwing was seen at Quiet Corner,
near Ricketts Point in Beaumaris, thanks Michael Norris.
