While I was cooking a BBQ lunch today I saw 48 Crested Pigeons fly from various places on our five acre block and land in 2 neat rows on the power lines across the road. What disturbed them from feeding I didn't see. This is one of the biggest flocks of Crested Pigeons I've seen. Their numbers are certainly on the increase around here, 80 km SE of Adelaide.
