Went down to Monash Uni on Wednesday (about 1pm) to check out the Swift Parrots. Loads of Rainbow and Musk Lorikeets. Only saw 2 Swifties on the wing, after an hour of wandering around the car parks south of the Bayview Rd entrance (which would have looked incredibly suspicious). Has anyone else seen them recently? I might make a second pilgrimage down there tomorrow in an attempt to get a better sighting. Cheers, Greg |
