21/4 At Oatley Park (near Sydney) there were some lovely birds enjoying the sunshine and the warbling of the Magpies, M & F Golden Whistlers, Superb & Variegated Fairy Wrens, White browed Scrubwrens, Rose Robins, King Parrot, Sulphur C. Cockatoo, Estn & Crimson Rosellas, Rainbow Lorikeets, Spotted Pardalotes, Grey Fantails, Spangled Drongo, Grey Butcherbird, groups of Silver-eyes and Yellow-faced Honeyeaters flying over and to liven them all up the Noisy Miners sounded off at a nearby Peregrine Falcon. A nice selection of birds for a half hour walk in suburban Sydney Regards Judi & Neil Russill Birding-Aus is on the Web at www.shc.melb.catholic.edu.au/home/birding/index.html To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message "unsubscribe birding-aus" (no quotes, no Subject line) to |
