Hi Birding-aussers, checked out the Mal
Jenkins' site that Bob Forsyth posted. Interesting to note that Tahiti Petrel is
listed for Australia as Pseudobulweria rostrata (obviously per
Chritidis & Boles) but for Vanuatu is listed as Pterodroma rostrata.
Common names can vary per region but it's a pity taxomomists the world over
cannot reach a standard for scientific names. Might sound petty but just a
