Tony,

I saw 4 Freckled ducks at Mt. Annan on Friday with Timothy and Lynda.  We
also saw many Hardhead but no Blue-billed Ducks.  The Blue-bills may have
been there somewhere but we checked the lakes very carefully with a scope
and did not see them.
