Thank you all who responded to my identification plea. Most of you agree
it's a Green-winged Teal, the North American species (Anas crecca). I'm
impressed by your interest and knowledge.
And now, another one - the last, I promise. (no, I'm not just doing this to
keep the list entertained, I really want to know!) Is it another North
American? I apologise if the file is a bit big.
