G'day All Today, 12/1/02, there were 11 Red-necked Avocet at Bicentennial Park, Homebush, at North end near to the bird hide. First time I have seen this species here since I saw a single bird in 1994. In addition 75 Australian Pelicans 10 Sharp Tailed Sandpiper 1 Curlew Sandpiper 1 Red-kneed Dotterel 1 Black Fronted Dotterel Lots of Black winged Stilt, Grey Teal, Chestnut Teal, Fairy Martins.
