Follows is another  Web Page providing Bird Lists for Countries of the World
 
The author is not indicated, but he qualifies the lists with...
 
These are not intended to be full country lists only an aid to what you might see, although many are almost complete lists (or very nearly) and are based on the Sibley-Monroe world list of birds.)
 
It lists Cocos Islands, Christmas (as Xmas) Island and Lord Howe Island separately to Australia
 
I would be pleased to get critical comment (via Birding-Aus) from the experts.
