Quite so....
If we wanted to be really silly, we could argue, that on numbers, NOT
banding a bird is likely to get it killed in a hail storm.
What was it that was obvious again????

I should know better than to buy into this but why it is so obvious? Of
35 adult Little Terns that were killed in a severe hail storm 8 were
banded. Perhaps the metal bands may attract hail but what killed the
other 27?
