Yellow-footed Antechinus (Antechinus flavipes) is quite abundant at
Moira-Barmah, and you often see them scuttling about during the day.
However, not much else in the way of small, terrestrial native mammals
survives there. If there are any Common Dunnarts (Sminthopsis murina)
surviving, they'd most likely be in the Yellow Box woodland on the sand
dunes away from the river flats. It could have been a feral House Mouse
(Mus musculus) of course - but probably an antechinus.
