Birdline Victoria Update No. 52
For the week ending: 4/12/01
Well... I don't really know what's been going on over the last week or so,
as I have been a bit distracted with the birth of my first daughter
Georgiana Brae on Wednesday the 28th. She's gorgeous and healthy and got a
bird list of around eight birds (mostly heard). After this I had a sick
computer, the ramifications of which are still not completely fixed.
There has, however been a few reports that have been reported to Birdline,
including one of a Spotted Whistling-duck from Phillip Island, that, if
confirmed as a wild bird, will be very exciting indeed! So let's get lots
of sightings in so that Georgie's list can grow!
1 December
3 or 4 Painted Honeyeaters were sighted in the Terrick Terrick National
Park, thanks Chris Coleborn.
