I don't know what is the attraction around our place at the moment but there were White-throated Needletails over my place again this morning. Only 9 or 10 today but still surprising. It was fine, warm weather with some Cirrus (2/8) cloud at the time. Even though I have only lived in this house for the last 7 or 8 months, it was my parents' home from 1959 and I have spent many summer days here previously without ever seeing a swift.
