I agree - the weather is a bit tricky - but we're still optimistic!  Wind
and rain aside, there are still lots of birds out there.  The waterbird
situation looks much more promising than 2000, and as for the bush birds
hanging on in a howling gale - we'll just have to find the sheltered spots.

And this year the team of Chris Tzaros, Grant Baverstock and Lawrie Conole -
The Tang Tang Tintacks - has been rather busy with life and all that, and a
little under prepared for the Twitchathon.  We've managed to put in a bit of
recon late in the day, and we've restructured our route almost completely.
That means it could go very very well, or very badly!!  Only racing will
tell.

So backing us might not cost quite as much as Margaret suggests, but of
course we'd be pleased to receive your sponsorship.  The cause is a very
good one.
