Dear All, Greg Anderson, Richard Thomis and myself met at Pine Rivers Park this morning a 6.20 and spent a nice hour and a half looking for the Pectoral Sandpiper seen there earlier in the week, but alas, no show. We did however see 47 species for the morning. My how quickly numbers pile up when your not recording them instantly. I should be more efficient at recording species as I go rather than relying on the grey matter at a later stage. I have only just remembered another one, moments ago - Royal Spoonbill, and we saw Blue-faced H/E and Masked Lapwing after Greg left. I would still be interested to hear if others see the Pect S/p there after this morning.
